Welcome to Munch and Communicate with Rinay Kullen. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Munch and Communicate provides paediatric speech and language therapy services, including assessment, therapy, and training. All services are tailored to the individual needs of the child and family, following an initial consultation and assessment.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Consistent non-attendance may result in the termination of services.

3. Fees and Payment

Details of our fees for assessments, therapy sessions, and training will be provided prior to the commencement of any service. Payment is typically required within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are outstanding.

4. Professional Standards

Rinay Kullen is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP). All services are delivered in accordance with the professional and ethical standards set by these bodies.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care and achieve the best possible outcomes for your child, speech and language therapy is a collaborative process. We cannot guarantee specific results, as progress depends on various factors including the child's individual needs and the implementation of strategies at home and in educational settings.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
